The Calm Habit Method is a personalised approach to mindfulness & self-regulation, designed to help you build practical tools for everyday life.

Together, we explore supportive practices drawn from:

  • Mindful Movement – Gentle, body-based practices drawn from Medical Qigong, Yoga & somatic awareness to release tension, restore energy & reconnect with your body.
  • Breath-work – Simple breathing practices to calm the nervous system, regulate stress responses & create more space within the body & mind.
  • Meditation – Accessible guided practices that support awareness, presence, emotional balance & inner steadiness.
  • Reflection & Creativity – expressive exercises to reconnect with your intuition & inner smile ☺︎
  • Daily Rituals – Small, sustainable practices designed to support calm, clarity & regulation in daily life.
  • Understanding the Nervous System – Building awareness around stress, overwhelm, fatigue & nervous-system patterns – helping you better understand how you feel & respond.

Together, we choose the tools that resonate most with you, creating a supportive practice that feels natural, personal & sustainable.

I work with a small number of private clients at a time (usually 3–4) to ensure depth & personal attention.


How it works.

1. Free Consultation

We begin with a free online meet & greet to explore what you are looking for, what support may be helpful & whether we feel like a good fit to work together.

2. Personalised Sessions

Each session begins with a gentle check-in before moving into guided practices tailored to your needs in that moment.

Sessions may include:

  • mindful movement
  • breath-work
  • meditation
  • nervous-system regulation tools
  • restorative practices inspired by Yoga & Medical Qigong

3. Reflection & Integration

After each practice, we reflect on your experience and explore simple ways to integrate what you’ve learned into everyday life — gradually cultivating your own Calm Habit.

4. Ongoing Support

Sessions can take place:

  • online
  • in person
  • or as a hybrid combination

Clients also receive optional video, audio or written practice support between sessions to encourage consistency, self-trust & ease of practice at home ☺︎

Designed for long distance & busy lives, this option combines personalised live guidance with short, repeatable practice videos you can use anytime.
