A Taste of Qigong.

Qigong Flow

Calm, Energy & Connection

Step out of the busyness of daily life and reconnect with your body.

Qigong is a gentle practice of slow movement, breath, and awareness that helps release tension, calm the mind, and restore your natural energy. In this 90-minute class, you’ll be guided through simple, accessible exercises designed to help you slow down and feel more present in your body.

This “Taste of Qigong” series is a soft introduction—offering you space to explore the practice, experience its effects, and take home tools you can easily integrate into your daily life.

No experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Classes take place in a small, supportive group, allowing for personal guidance and a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.
