Let’s work together on your calm habit: First, let’s get in contact for a free meet ‘n’ greet & discuss what you are looking for & how we could work together.

Check-in & Guided Practice: For each meeting we will check in & I will guide you through self-regulating methods & tools suited to your needs. This could be movement, breath & or meditation based, drawn from Yoga & or Qigong.

Reflection & Integration: After each practice we will reflect on the practice & how to integrate it into your life & cultivate a clam Habit. ☺︎

Designed long distance & busy lives, this option combines personalised live guidance with short, repeatable practice videos you can use anytime.

Conducted via live video call & recorded video. Ideal for home comfort, self pacing or long distance.
