We’ll work on tuning out distractions so that we may find that perfect relaxed state (sweet spot), and improve your posture (without feeling like a statue!) Plus, we’ll dive into the fascinating connections between your body, mind, and emotions, experimenting with different meditation styles so that we can find those that suits you.

During our appointments, I will introduce you to various techniques for regulating and maintaining balance within both your body and mind, between emotions & thoughts.
We will focus on learning how to eliminate distractions, cultivate relaxation, and postural alignment.
We will explore the intricate connections between the body, mind and emotions, how meditation & practicing personal observation & awareness helps to recognise symptoms and effectively achieve balance and harmony.
Together, we will also explore foundational practices equipping you with valuable tools to practice stillness/meditation & cultivate balance in the body & mind.
