So in my own need to get happy & immense curiosity, I’ve been on a mission to find tried & tested methods to get happy in the most easy & natural way.

This Toolkit is filled with methods designed to help you navigate life’s challenges, reconnect with your body and mind, and tap into your intuition—all of which ultimately pave the way to a happier, healthier life. ☺︎

A blend of ancient & modern holistic methods, including self-awareness practices of stillness, art, writing, and movement, that you can pull out when needed (especially when things hit the fan).
