Instagram update.

If you head on over to YouTube, I’ve just uploaded a nice slow, nourishing Qigong flow to release heaviness and reconnect with joy and purpose. When it all feels too much… a little pause for you ☺︎ It took me a long time to pluck up the courage to practice Qigong outside - worrying, especially what other people would think :s I have to laugh at this little video. Out of curiosity I put on a Timelapse while in the park this morning & realised that this is not the best way to show Qigong in all its glory 😄 Nonetheless I wanted to share what an unusually, interesting & fascinating practice it is. In the last week I’ve been daring myself to go out on my lonesome to the park, to try & get over my anxiety of what other people think &, to practice Qigong where it should be practised, which is outside with your bare toes in the nature. Homesickness is nothing new to me.
Not just because I’m an expat…
Even as a kid, I had this feeling of not quite belonging.
